Guest or account

Create and share invoices without an account. Sign up when you want history, saved customers and business defaults; drafts made as a guest come with you.

Private links

Each invoice gets a random link that you can rotate or revoke. Recipients see the document, not your account.

Optional password

Add a password to a link when it might be forwarded. Passwords are entered in a form, never in the URL, and only a hash is stored.

PDF and print

Download a PDF or print from the browser. The PDF shows exactly what the recipient sees.

Status you can trust

Issued, viewed, paid, overdue and cancelled are separate facts. Record partial payments; overdue is only counted for issued, unpaid invoices.

Correct arithmetic

Integer minor-unit money with explicit rounding per line, fractional quantities up to four decimals, compound taxes, and zero-decimal currencies such as JPY.

Email delivery is available only when the operator has connected an email provider; otherwise the app tells you so instead of reporting a send that did not happen. Online payments, quotes, recurring invoices and a client portal are planned but not available yet.

  2. Save a draft, or issue the invoice to lock it and get the recipient link.

  3. Share the link (with an optional password) or download the PDF.

  4. Record payments as they arrive; the balance and status follow.

Pricing

Creating and sending invoices is free forever, for as many users as you like. Pay as you go adds retention, payment tracking and reports, billed on usage; Business adds API access and integrations. The billing currency and usage rates are still to be confirmed; until paid billing is live every account gets the free tier.
